Our attorneys represent not only farmers but a broad array of related businesses with their legal needs.  Traditionally our attorneys have assisted agribusiness owners with their unique succession planning needs.  Over the years, however, we have also represented individuals and businesses associated with farming through processing, transportation, machinery production and sales, as well as related issues such as real property sales and purchases, condemnation, real property tax, land use issues and property line disputes.  While our practice is not limited to Western Pennsylvania, our office is located there.  As such, our attorneys have also assisted a comparatively large number of clients with coal, oil, gas and other mineral interests.  Our attorneys work closely with other professionals, including accountants and lending institutions, who themselves work with a particular concentration in Western Pennsylvania’s agribusiness community.
