Aubrey H. Glover, Esquire

Aubrey H. Glover is an attorney with the law firm of Brenlove & Fuller, LLC.  She focuses her practice on (i) estate and trust planning, especially for those of mid to high net worth, (ii) the administration of the estates of decedents, (iii) the administration of trusts for beneficiaries and fiduciaries, and (iv) business succession planning for closely held businesses.  Ms. Glover regularly provides advice regarding federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes and Pennsylvania inheritance tax.

When representing clients, Ms. Glover listens carefully to determine the issues and concerns affecting them, whether from family conflict, blended family situations, the special needs of a family member, or the desire for the family business to continue.  Following discussions with her clients, Ms. Glover provides practical solutions to address the issues and concerns impacting her clients.  She especially enjoys advising her clients as to remedies for irrevocable trusts that no longer meet the intended goals or have otherwise become impractical.

Attorney Glover has been a frequent presenter for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on various topics related to estate and trust practice.  In addition, Ms. Glover has spoken before (i) the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers on “Matrimonial Lawyers and Estate Planning,” and (ii) the Pittsburgh Chapter of Financial Planners Association about “Planning with Retirement Benefits.”

Prior to joining Brenlove & Fuller, LLC, Attorney Glover practiced with a large law firm in downtown Pittsburgh in the Estates and Trust Group for over ten years.  Before becoming an attorney, she worked as an application clerk for the Department of Homeland Security, Citizenship and Immigration Services.  She also worked as an Immigration Inspector and Border Patrol Agent for the Department of Justice, Immigration & Naturalization Service.

Ms. Glover is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law (Magna Cum Laude) and a graduate of Albion College.  She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”).  Ms. Glover is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association.  She is the current chairperson of the Probate Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association and a past chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  She served on the Board of Governors for the Duquesne Law Alumni Association.   From 2007-2013, Ms. Glover was listed as a Pennsylvania Rising Star.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Glover (i) currently serves as a board member for the Laurel Highlands Council, Boy Scouts of America and (ii) coaches soccer at Ave Maria Academy (formerly St. Bernard School).
